Over at Celiac Chicks, where their focus is Gluten Free foods, they’ve provided a great review of a local NYC eatery S’MAC. S’MACdoes offer lots of Gluten Free items, but also plenty of rennet-free Macaroni and Cheese.
Like I mentioned, its not pizza, but it’s a great cheesy meal without the animal products.
